About Dr. Agrippa
Dr. Prince Michael Chiemezuo Agrippa is a Nigerian veterinarian, public health expert and politician. He is the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) flagbearer and candidate for the Isiala Ngwa South Constituency seat in the Abia State House of Assembly for the 2027 elections.
Born in 1983, Dr. Agrippa is a royal prince from the Umuojima Efere Mbutu Ancient Kingdom in Abia State. He is the son of the late His Royal Majesty Eze Peace Chinyere Agrippa and the late Ugoeze Blessing Agrippa. His father served as Vice Chairman of the Isiala Ngwa South Council of Traditional Rulers.

My Solemn Promise to Ndi Isiala Ngwa South
To listen to you and be your voice in government. Only an empathetic listener and compassionate voice for the people can truly echo and bring solutions to a people.
I will listen to you first before I carry out legislative functions that will affect you. I am not coming to prove to you how much I know more than you or how far I have traveled that you haven't. I believe that my constituents have enormous indigenous wisdom I must harness to succeed as their representative.
The greatest quality in a leader who makes difference is empathy (empathetic listening). I have got this grace and I will deploy it passionately. It will reflect in the kind of bills I will sponsor, the kind of laws I will support, the advocacies I shall undertake and ultimately in my oversight activities that will ensure that the people of Isiala Ngwa South are not marginalized or denied their constitutional rights.

My Solemn Promise to Ndi Isiala Ngwa South 2.0
I will be accountable to the people.
Accountability is the bedrock of good governance. The constituency seat belongs to the people. I am just their representative. You will know exactly how much you receive as a constituency in terms of constituency projects and or any such rights, entitlements or gifts. You deserve to know.
I will open a constituency accountability desk, where every constituent is free to ask questions, submit complaints and see what bills were sponsored, number of constituency projects achieved, documented efforts made to oversee the effectiveness and efficiency of government projects, issues raised on the floor of the house, Government responses to constituency needs, advocacies and partnerships facilitated for ndi Isiala Ngwa South, Wards or communities visited as a representative, interventions carried out, empowerment programs or supports given and to whom it was given especially to the youth, farmers and market women and the elderly. This is not just a campaign promise. I will do this because you deserve to know
The desk will also keep and maintain a constituency needs register that covers the needs of every community in Isiala Ngwa South. This will help me to prioritize advocacy. Remember that a legislator is not the governor or an executive, but I promise you an honest, visible, measurable efforts and achievements within the limits of the constitutional rights of a state legislator.
